Lying down on the floor of a subway station is not something you would typically do.
But that is exactly what a homeless man in New York did after he was stopped by NYPD officers and ordered to leave the city.
In the video, which was released Monday night, the man is seen telling the officers, “I’m a homeless, I’m not an terrorist.
You just got to go back to your country, because you’re not welcome here.”
The man then tells them, “You’re just going to leave me here in a public place and I’ll be gone for the rest of my life.”
But police officers insist that the man, who is in his 20s, is a terrorist.
In a statement, the NYPD said that the incident was a “isolated incident” and that the officers who stopped the man were properly trained and trained.
The man was then taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
The department also confirmed that the department has launched an internal investigation into the incident.
